Service Contract: Tempus IV – Promotion of European Higher Education Reforms in the Tempus partner Countries

ASSISTANCE TO NATIONAL TEAMS OF HIGHER EDUCATION REFORM EXPERTS

The European Commission provides funding to National Tempus Offices in the Tempus partner countries to allow them to support teams of higher education reform experts. A consortium composed by UNICA-Brussels Education Services has been hired by the European Commission to assist the teams of higher education experts at a centralised level.

The consortium can advise, inform and assist at their request the National teams of Higher Education Reform Experts in promoting higher education modernisation policies in their partner country. It can provide Higher Education experts with information material, support for the organisation of local Higher Education Reform events, seminars and workshops.

In particular, the consortium can assist with the identification of speakers/trainers, the preparation of agenda and the provision of supporting documents and policy papers.
