In the framework of this service contract, UNICA (consortium leader) works in cooperation with Brussels Educations Services.

This project has been funded by the European Commission trough the Tempus Programme IV, and also means an additional service contract to the Information Project on Higher Education Reform II for the implementation of complementary actions.
